Please note Dana Booking does not impose any cancellation or amendment charges and only passes on the cancellation or amendment penalties charged by the hotel or supplier

Refunds Policy

The cancellation conditions of each individual product are displayed at the time of booking and indicate the cancellation conditions that relate to that particular product and at the time of booking. In general hotel and transfer bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 3 days prior to arrival. There are some rates and products that are offered on a non-refundable basis, and certain peak periods where the cancellation penalties are stricter. These will be clearly displayed at the point of sale. Where the initial booking has been prepaid (either by credit card or bank transfer) any refund amount will be refunded via the same means as the original payment within 3 days and no further action is required. For credit customers, a credit note will be applied to the invoice.
